Lille is just a great place. I went there for the first time, right after Christmas last year while they had all the Indian things around. Bombaysers de Lille (it took me years to figure it was a pun on 'bons baisers de Lille' and Bombay). Anyway, I loved it. The Musée des Beaux-Arts is wonderful and we went to Roubaix for La Piscine, another highlight. I promised I would go back. It's so close to Paris now with the TGV.
