In France both motorists have to fill in a form and sign it. The man who hit our car has ticked that he was backing out of his garage and Jay drew a diagram which he has accepted. Once our insurance company knew which boxes were ticked they were able to say with certainty that the other party was to blame. That's one thing that seems well organised over here!
