Bear never lets you down does he? With regard to predictability that is. I love frangipane - don't like mince pies at all. the French- some of them - are funny about tea aren't they. My French DIL loves Earl Grey and always has a wide selection of tisanes or herbals as I call them. It's great that you are on such good terms with the locals. Pat
